A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
A few notes about ordering from my Cottage Food Operated Home KItchen. By placing + paying your order, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all my terms.
I hold a CFO Home Bakery Permit from the county of Santa Clara, Permit #. All food items are prepped in a kitchen that processes nuts and other allergens. I do my absolute best to take on allergy friendly items but CANNOT GUARANTEE there will be no cross contamination.
All bakery designs are based on creative freedom. You are welcome to attach your inspiration photos (and I always encourage you to do so!) but please note that orders are based on MY creativity and I hold the right to change colors/elements as I see fit.
All items are baked to order and handmade- therefore there can be variations and differences on cookies, cupcakes etc.
Due to the fact I am a home based small business, my business is conducted AT MY HOME. Please be respectful of my house, family, neighbors and my time. Pickup windows are 30 minutes and I cannot accommodate any pickups before or after that window. I’m happy to do a contactless pickup but I cannot be held responsible for missed pickup windows, refrigerated items being left out etc
As a small business, I only offer bakery credit (minus any design specific decor already purchased including toppers, edible images etc). Your payment reserves my time on your selected date and I often begin sourcing decor pieces weeks before the cake is to be completed. Any changes or cancellations must be done 3 full business days prior to cake delivery or pickup, no exceptions. As a small business my time and money typically have already been spent on cake design and elements at this point.
No refunds will be given.
In the event of weather or illness, I can offer a date change subject to my availability. I cannot accommodate any changes within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. No exceptions.
Once bakery items leave my home I am not responsible for any damages, design issues, flavor concerns etc. It is very important to check everything over and ensure you are completely satisfied BEFORE you leave with me.
